After placing your order, please email your company logo vector file to support@themossshop.com. Include your order number so we can easily match your logo to your project.

We'll need your vector file before we can confirm fabrication compatibility and create your renderings.

2. We Review Your Logo for CNC Fabrication

Your logo signage will be custom fabricated from acrylic with a beautiful glossy finish, creating a clean, professional appearance against the natural moss backdrop.

Because our logo signage is produced using a CNC machine, we'll first review your vector file to confirm that your logo can be successfully fabricated at the selected size.

Fine details, thin lettering, or intricate design elements may require adjustments for fabrication. If any changes are needed, we'll discuss them with you before moving forward.

3. Review & Approve Your Rendering

How do you clean preserved moss?

Some light shedding after unpacking is normal and will stop shortly after installation.

Yes. Light moss shedding during unboxing is completely normal.

Because moss is a natural material, small loose pieces may fall during shipping. Once the artwork is installed or placed in its final location, shedding typically stops within a few days.
