Amazing ! Just as beautiful as the iange and great customer service
Thank you so much, Jerry! We’re happy your Tranquil Mandala moss frame lived up to the photos and that you enjoyed our customer service. It was a pleasure creating your piece, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience!
I’m enjoying the recently purchased dough moss bowl. It look great in my space.
The smell/off gas process is much longer than the “2 weeks” that is stated in the note when the bowl arrived. It’s been over a month and the smell is still strong. I believe it is the lacquer/paint( my bowl is white) not the moss itself self.
Looking forward to when it stops smelling, as it’s a consistent topic of conversation in our home.
Hi Jen, thank you for your thoughtful feedback. I’m glad your moss bowl looks great in your space, but I’m sorry the odor has lasted longer than the timeframe we provided. Are you still noticing it? Since you mentioned it may be coming from the bowl’s finish, I’d like to look into this further. Please email me at johnny@themossshop.com so we can work together on a solution. —Johnny

Natural Preserved Moss Balls (7" Diameter Each, Balls Only) These are perfectly sized for a few larger wall planters that are 6" wide. They look lush and seem high quality for a real moss ball. I've had out for a couple months now and love them and have gotten a couple compliments in how they look in the wall planters I have them in.
Thank you so much, Jen! We’re so glad the moss balls fit your wall planters perfectly and that you’re still loving them after a few months. It’s wonderful to hear they’ve been getting compliments, too! Thank you for sharing your experience and supporting The Moss Shop.

Green Grass Polkadot Restoration Concrete Planter Moss Bowl I ordered a planter from these guys and when I opened it up the concrete planter was broken. I actually dreaded the fact I had to contact them and most likely go back and forth about a replacement. I contacted Johnny and he made it so easy to get a new one. They also rushed the order and I was really impressed with how professional they were. I am also a business owner and recognize the fact they care about customer service. The Moss even looked better than the pictures that are online!

This custom-made moss art panel is stunning. It arrived nicely packaged and was surprisingly easy to hang, thanks to the hardware. It’s the perfect addition, immediately bringing a sense of tranquility and natural beauty to our space. The vibrant colors and textures are lovely. It’s particularly nice that there is no maintenance required as the moss is preserved. Thank you for creating such a beautiful made-to order artwork that will undoubtedly bring calm and enjoyment for years to come.
We are so happy with our Moss Art Frame. It was purchased for an office space and is absolutely perfect. Great customer service was day one!
Anyone else struggle taking care of a plant? This is a live plant that needs no significant care. And it looks fabulous and contemporary. Able to put these in. Lots of different places in the house. We have had a few spots that need something green, but struggle for lack of sunlight. This is the ideal plant. What a fabulous gift.
Upgrades every room. Highly recommend.

The Wavy Moss Art Frame I did a lot of research on preserved moss companies before making a final decision. My goal was trying to marry excellent quality while being cost effective. Not always an easy task to accomplish. After finding The Moss Shop I was certain they were the best choice. I placed my order and reached out to Johnny, one of the partners, and immediately I was even more convinced my vision would be executed to perfection. Beyond perfection! It came beautifully package in order to keep the pieces safe. It had not toxic odor to it as some cheaper imitations often do. Lastly, the quality was exceptional. Our office has received countless compliments on the 3 Panel “Artistic Moss Installation.” I am ordering another piece for sure. It is worth it! Johnny was so professional and helpful. A thousand thank yous to “The Moss Shop” and Johnny for making our dental office an even more aesthetically beautiful space.
