At The Moss Shop, we take pride in crafting high-quality preserved moss decor. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we generally do not accept returns. However, we do offer replacements in the rare event that your order arrives damaged during shipping.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed and/or shipped.
  • All sales are final. Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we are happy to offer a replacement. Please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@themossshop.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of:
    • The damaged product
    • The packaging (including the shipping label)
  3. We will assess the claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Order Issues & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will assist where possible.
